Service Description
This course is only offered to DAII’s. Our course includes lecture and clinical practice of coronal tooth polishing. Upon successful completion of this course, the Dental Assistant II will be able to polish, under the supervision of a licensed dentist, the coronal surfaces of the dentition. The following documentation will be required prior to enrollment: Proof of DAII status / Employment Verification Upon the student’s complete registration and payment for the class, please be prepared to bring the following to class: A hygiene hand-piece or a nose cone, slow speed hand-piece as well as your protective eye wear and a scrub lab jacket. Prior to enrollment, you will need the following: • Proof of Dental Assistant II experience (2 years) or • Dental Assistant certification • Valid proof of identification • CPR must be current
